How to cancel your WattsUp subscription

Cancelling stops future charges but you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period
Your subscription is managed through your device's app store
You cannot cancel directly through the WattsUp app - follow the steps below for your device

For iOS (iPhone/iPad)

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad

At the top of Settings, tap on your name to access your Apple ID settings

Tap 'Subscriptions' to view all your active app subscriptions

Find and tap on WattsUp in your list of subscriptions

Tap 'Cancel Subscription' at the bottom of the screen, then confirm. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device

Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner

Tap 'Payments & subscriptions' and then 'Subscriptions'

Find and tap on WattsUp in your list of subscriptions

Tap 'Cancel subscription' and follow the prompts to confirm. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

You'll keep full access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
After your subscription expires, you'll automatically move to the free tier
Your data and account remain intact - you won't lose your ride history or settings
You can resubscribe anytime through the WattsUp app
No refunds are provided for the remaining time in your billing period
