How to cancel your WattsUp subscription

Before You Cancel

  • Cancelling stops future charges but you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription is managed through your device's app store
  • You cannot cancel directly through the WattsUp app - follow the steps below for your device

For iOS (iPhone/iPad)

Open Settings

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad

Tap Your Name

At the top of Settings, tap on your name to access your Apple ID settings

Go to Subscriptions

Tap 'Subscriptions' to view all your active app subscriptions

Select WattsUp

Find and tap on WattsUp in your list of subscriptions

Cancel Subscription

Tap 'Cancel Subscription' at the bottom of the screen, then confirm. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

For Android

Open Google Play Store

Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device

Tap Profile Icon

Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner

Go to Payments & Subscriptions

Tap 'Payments & subscriptions' and then 'Subscriptions'

Select WattsUp

Find and tap on WattsUp in your list of subscriptions

Cancel Subscription

Tap 'Cancel subscription' and follow the prompts to confirm. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

What Happens After You Cancel?

  • You'll keep full access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • After your subscription expires, you'll automatically move to the free tier
  • Your data and account remain intact - you won't lose your ride history or settings
  • You can resubscribe anytime through the WattsUp app
  • No refunds are provided for the remaining time in your billing period

Want to Resubscribe Later?

You can easily resubscribe anytime:

  1. Open the WattsUp app
  2. Go to Settings → Profile
  3. Tap on subscription options
  4. Select a plan and complete the purchase
