Delete Your Data
You can delete your data or account directly from the WattsUp mobile app. Follow the instructions below for your desired action.
How to Delete Your Data
Deleting your data will remove all your ride activities, conversation history, and cached data while keeping your account active. You can continue using WattsUp after deleting your data.
Important
This action cannot be undone. Your ride data and conversation history will be permanently deleted.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open the WattsUp app on your mobile device

- Open the side drawer by tapping the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner

- Tap the profile button at the top of the side drawer

- Navigate to the profile page where you'll see your account settings and data management options

- Tap "Delete Data" button

- Confirm your action when prompted. This will permanently delete all your data

What Gets Deleted?
- All ride activities and performance data
- Conversation history with your AI coach
- Cached workout suggestions and training plans
- Connected device data (Wahoo, Garmin)
What Remains?
- Your account and login credentials
- Your subscription status
- Basic profile information
